lavande ... just rereading my post... i don't know that it truly reflects how i am feeling.
i will miss my music in the morning. i'm struggling w/years of depression and have been on an upswing. i'm scared to go the other way again.
that is really how i am feeling.
i take medication and am wondering if i should ask for an increase dose?
i was crying today alone in my classroom. this is not good. not good at all.
