30 days seemed like a huge amount of time for me in the beginning. But keep putting one foot in front of the other and you'll get there!
Have you seen the tool box thread in this section? There's some good info and tips in there - keep alcohol out of the house, find a substitute AF drink (tea, juice, soft drinks), find something else to during "drinking time" to distract yourself etc.
