My hardest thing to start was finding the time to commit to exercise.
If I left it till I got home from work, there would be many times it just wont happen. I am not a morning person, however being AF is helping me wake up feeling refreshed... but I have to allocate 6am-7am for exercises; so thats my sweat time!
I dont have the confidence for a gym, and I like being outdoors,so the challenge I joined cost just a donation to charity, and sponsorship per kilo I lose, very affordable and accessable for many locals, and includes a PT bootcamp session each week.
I dreaded the PT bootcamp, but it was better than I realised, and they make it fun too, before you go home and feel every sore muscle you have!
I know that exercise plays a critical part in helping me reach my goals and feeling better.
