Its strange for me this time. Other times of 'trying' to have breaks/cut down and my first short abstinence I always felt deprived and bound to give in. Finally I have resolve, things got so bad I had to change. Now I never want to go back and feel very lucky that I am totally untempted right now.

Raven.joy, that is great news that you are feeling different this time around. Sobriety truly DOES represent FREEDOM for people like us. Not "deprivation" as the alcoholic part of our brains would have us believe.
