Thank you so much for your support & best wishes. I can only say that MWO has been a huge part of my success in sobriety. I wouldn't want to have to come here (though I would definitely do it) & confess that I've relapsed. That alone has kept me on a sober path. I have seen such enormous benefits to staying sober that even the occasional glass of wine (not that I could do that) is totally unthinkable at this point. NOT that I'm taking anything at all for granted. I know how easy it would be to fall right back into that miserable alcoholic lifestyle. So, I'm going to meetings (even in this freezing New England weather) & I'm coming here every day I possibly can. Love, Mary

I do feel I'm getting there (wherever that is), but it is a daily effort to think the right thing, do the next right thing, & examine my motives. MWO helps me do all that.
-I bounce off ideas.
-I share about meetings.
-I reveal fears.
-I process info.

Everyone: I don't feel like an inspiration, but if I am, that's just one more thing to feel grateful for. I feel like a person moving my life into sobriety. Some days it's more difficult than others. I just remember years past in the deep, dark of winter. Sundays were my day to drink. My husband was in football-land, & I could get away w/drinking & carrying out minimal activities.
