Hi All
Hour hit with my instructor limited to certain drills ,knee hurt to much to do a full out workout. I need to be patient. As my instructor said [as i was getting annoyed at not covering what i should be because of my knee], enjoy that you are able to be out here compared to 6 weeks ago with your knee up and laying in bed. Yes i had to step back and be grateful. In so many ways these days I have to stop and reflect and be grateful.
Yoga in the evening the stretching is feeling great. Sounds like so much time spent on physical activities but I bet if i add up the time per week it doesn't come close to the amount of time I wasted each week drinking.
