We read from living sober tonight about the importance of picking up the phone to make a call whenever needed to keep alcohol at bay. It was a lively discussion and reinforced how the fellowship of AA works. Strangers helping each other to stay sober, who as someone said know more about us and understand us better than family members do. Support, understanding, guidance and friendship, all benefits of AA attendance.
Hope everyone had a great alcohol free weekend. Can't believe tomorrow is February 1st already.
