I took some outpatient counseling for a short while and they had us take a test for 'emotional intelligence' which I thought was fascinating. I'll bet a google search would reveal some food for thought.
gotta get up at 5:30am tomorrow. ugh. more instructor development training. But I can do anything when unhung
