Neil- glad to hear you figured out what was wrong- I have to say you worried me a little with your earlier post. Dehydration can be awful. So what's your fav gatorade flavor? I'd have to go for one of the originals - orange.

Glad you are feeling better. Rest is terribly underrated.

Rest is not only underrated, it is undervalued and downright scorned in our American culture! I sometimes think that "modern life" isn't fit for human consumption, particularly if you belong to the middle class. But I won't go off on a rant here! Just putting in a brief two cents!:H

I'm glad you're feeling better Neil.

          Happy Day 3 to me!

              Glacier Freeze Gatorade!!

The BLUE Gatorade! I've tried the others, and I just hope they don't stop making the BLUE Gatorade!

I buy the powder mix by the pound anymore, and make it a gallon at a time. I go through the stuff like crazy when I exercise. I've been drinking too much tea as of late also, and not enough Gatorade.

Oh, and for the Brits here, thats unsweet iced tea by the way. These Tennessee natives here think I'm weird for drinking it with no sugar, buts thats the way I like it.

Just plain pure water is underated as well. I have my own deep well on my property, and I've often thought about bottling it, and selling it because it's incredibly pure. Tested it a few times, and it's free of any contaminants, so I count myself as lucky for having such a great supply of water here.

Did you put any peanut butter on that ice cream, Gabbs?
