hey there all - well I'm back after moderating - I need a month AF - I am not sure what I will do after that. May do another month - will play it by ear.
Have mostly been moderating successfully - but this week moderate drinking on too many eves - plus two eves when I had 4 beers or a bottle of wine (too much for me).
Will feel healthier/it will be easier to stop smoking/lose weight if I quit the booze.
I have 2 weeks off work now- and don't want to spend it feeling hungover/bloated - want to enjoy every minute and feel rested.
