Hi there - day 4 AF here for me - day 2 cig free- helps me to count up to the end of the first month.
I'm off to see parents mixed feelings - be nice to catch up - but will be lots of alcohol around - taking my diet 7 up supplies!Looking forward to feeling much more lively.
I won't load up on chocolate as a 'reward' this time - joining weight watchers next week - have been going solo and from memory this did work for me.
Lots of planning of meals but hey - that's not the end of the world is it?
