I've just weighed myself today - I've put on 6.5 lbs in ten days off my diet and eating out/takeaways almost daily! I feel enormous/bloated and sadly lots of photos were taken at practice last night - it's the shock I needed though. Today we're doing a public demo of our sport too - not the best timing.
I've realised that I do a lot of things half heartedly, with the result that I don't achieve my goals. It also means lots of wasted energy and frustration - debates whether to smoke/drink when I have decided not to do either, playing with my ww points/calorie allowance limit to see how much I can get away with and still lose.
This week I am sticking to my goals - no debates - I will be on 1200 calories a day for 2 weeks to kick start me on my weight loss path. I AF for 30 days minimum and nicotine free.Beautiful spring day here - gorgeous blue skies.
