finally at a hotel room in far north Ca on the coast. whew, it's been a really long day and I'm pretty woozy and a bit dizzy still. Greenie, I talked to my doc about detoxing from Citalopram but he wasn't very helpful and just said to 'give it a go when I really felt up to it". which wasn't really enough to prepare me for this. I think I should have tapered down for longer than a week. oh well. I think I'm feeling a bit better but I'm not sure yet.
