Starting out here with a prayer for Terry. :h
Just working here. I have a horrific restlessness I wish I could harness but it eludes me. I feel like I'm really gearing up for something but I don't know what it is. Grateful to have those kinds of feelings and recognise them and contemplate them. I remember to well not feeling them as they were submerged in the watery grave of AL.
So, about that birdwatching. I saw a really funny thing happen while just sitting on the beach of an island. We were hot and tired from riding bikes and went for a swim and were just sitting there. These 2 sea gulls (about 3' away) were facing each other and one started moving it's neck in a motion similar to a cat getting ready to puke. Really. The other one seems rather excited. Then all of a sudden something starts coming out of the gull's mouth which is open WIDE. Darn if it isn't a snake! The other one grabs the end of it and is pulling it out when the OTHER seagulls realize food is happening and swoop down. Lots of flapping and pushing and pecking going on and the gulls are all grabbing at the snake while owner of snake is trying to retract it. We are howling with laughter. They fly into the air, still fighting over this dangling snake and repeat this scene 2 more times before loosing the snake to another gull. Wow.
Wonder if I can paint the house exterior myself. I mean how hard can painting be other than arm paralysis? Anyone been there done that?
Have a terrific AF tuesday!
PS: I got my juicer out and have lots of veggie stuff to cram into it later today. I had one on vac. that was great.
