Following on from what you said who ever want to start it off on the day.
Some of us are around here different times when others are resting so maybe it could be made clear if some one just wants to start the day of with a Hello Absville or say anthing they want if theres no one around at that time with out making a discussion topic they can. Then who ever adds to it at anytime if they want to add a discussion to follow they can

Didnt Mayor Mike mention he was going of galavanting (working seriously attendence course or something) in Hawaii for 2 weeks. So we could keep it going and see in 2 weeks what he has to say then since its his job share then no one feels out of the loop or its been done while theyve been away.
