Star - Your post had me tearing up too as well as sending shivers down my arms when you were speaking about love. Whats fascinating is that your senses are obviously heightened because of the emotions re the wedding and its moments like these when we just "get it", when we see clearly what is truly important in life. Savour these feelings for these are when we are connected to something beyond our comprehension, to our authentic selves and to the bigger picture. Indeed love is all there is.....

Rusty - Barcelona is FANTASTIC!!! Such a fun and vibrant city with the most amazing marina lined with great restaurants. You will just love it!

Rebirth - Thanks for the comparison of your sundays, maybe we should all post a comparison like this as its a great reminder why we are AF.

I've been to yoga and my body feels stretched in every direction, today I can feel the drop in temperature from 36c to 28c (which is from 90's to low 80's F) and its just magnificant, one of these days which you never want to end! I have a meeting in an hour with a clairvoyant who was highly recommended to me and I'm really excited about it, I will check in later and let you know what she had to say.

You are going to see a clairvoyant? Then you will love this....my ex-beau, who is a very egotistical lawyer, has been to a clairvoyant (psychic, in the US) a few times in the last few years and it's frightening how incredibly accurate she was with everything going on in his life. At the time, my drinking was VERY moderate (7 years) ago, but I was working a lot of hours (like now) and what she said about me was that my life was "out of balance." My ex used to chide me about the many hours I worked. When I quit drinking, I started exercising like crazy and logging onto MWO and my therapist said to me last year, Rusty, you have to maintain balance in your life." Wild, isn't it.....psychics can know all that info. about you without even knowing your name or your journey.

Rusty I read about your psychic ex-beau and that's freaky. I wonder what this person would say to you now. Did it make you nervous when you heard it? Did you already have an inkling, deep down, that your life was out of balance?

Greetings from southern Chester County - cow country :H:H

Pouring loads of strong, French roast coffee down my throat in preparation for a day with my EB Grandson

Red(Star), both of my kids got married 4 years ago. I remember being so filled with emotion I was almost numb (no, it wasn't AL related). I just kept telling myself that they will always be my kids, I'm not losing them........Never expected such strong emotions!

Rusty, a trip to Barcelona sounds perfect right about now........are you hiring a assistant by any chance :H

Congrats, Chill on 8 months! You are the Serene Queen. Star - in your moving post, the thing I loved reading about was how you are 'feeling your feelings'; what a gift to yourself, and now to all of us too...
Rusty, ditto Chill, Barcelona is great - even if your training is outside the city, can you add a few days to go into Barcelona proper, it's so worth the time. If you want an historical preview, read Carlos Ruiz Zafon's 'The Shadow of the Wind' - a wild, twisty-turny book lover's book. The streets and places named are real, so when you get there you can see them. Chill - can't wait to hear about your meeting. I see a person here every so often. She really does bring me clarity...

Lav - I think we should all order shirts from you with something on them having to do with Radiance. I love that word! And don't worry, I love it when your Avatar winks....I always feel it is a good omen. I too feel that something is shifting...

rusty ooooooh. Barcelona is gorgeous. Very laid back, historical. Just watch the pick pokets on The Ramblas. They are rife! I would stay in the old part of the city. It's central and close to the sea.

Star, your post was lovely and moving and I am so happy for you. I remember when I married Lord Bird Heart, it was in the backyard in October and was presided over by an enormous, dignified District Judge whose long and elegant black robe covered his home team t-shirt as he was headed next to a college football game. I remember he said during the ceremony ?love is one of the most noble and exquisite emotions that we can encounter?. I am so happy for you, Rebirth, for all sorts of things, the latest being your Cookie. I admit to a particular fondness for tabbies and have a big orange tabby boy, adopted as a kitten from an elderly homeless fellow who was giving the mother cat all of his food. There were three baby orange boys and a gray tabby sister and homes were found for all. He wanted to keep the mom and she wanted to keep him, so we gave him money to have her spayed but I am not sure if that?s what he did. I look forward to pictures of Cookie. I trust the psychic will see a fine future for our Chill and her friends. Rusty will be in Barcelona, Lav will have baby chickens, Rustop has hatched beautiful Irish children who will drive her crazy for a while, Shelley will run a marathon and orchestrate a fine rehearsal dinner, Sooty will walk and dance on a cliff, Dill will name her boat, Cyn will sing in the woods, and Ladybird will be.
