well i am nearly at the end of my first official week and so far so good,i must admit that i could have so easily fell on my very first day and everyday since but kept telling myself that i do not need a drink and that i can survive without it,i have also decorated my bathroom just to give me something to do.i am fast approaching the 7 day mark and that is when it becomes really quite difficult for me so just need to find other things to do to stop me from thinking about it to much,actually in my mums just now and after this we will probably stand outside and watch the fireworks may even take the dog out for a walk luckily he is not scared of them,he,s better outside than inside ,i,ll go now hope you all have a lovely evening maryt
