After reading Deter's post of last night, I dredged up this blog link. this girl is a college student but loves to cook and especially bake. She has adapted many fabulous treats to low carb. She is also an organic fan and prefers Stevia + Erythritol to artificial sweeteners, etc. There are also several egg free recipes and things like that. Bakers take your marks! Healthy Indulgences
I am wearing a new pair of pants today that I got at Express on sale. They are rather form fitting while still being professional. The Express designers are very talented to make something like that occur for a ...ahem...person of 29 years of age. More motivation to stick to my WW points today. I'm also going to make it a "clean eating" day in terms of not eating common reactive foods. I'm not allergic to much (that I know of) but got into something yesterday that has my neck red and itching. I don't think it's from food but I'm not going to stress my system with foods that might be difficult today.
And no AL.
