Blueness has lifted today - think it's because of doing some of the above.
I went to the gym and bench managed for my team yesterday (so stressful but I love last minute chaos!) I bought my lightbox online (for seasonal depression) - it's got a free 30 day trial so we'll see how it goes. Got a slightly more expensive model that you need to use for 30 mins a day (can sit with at breakfast) - rather than cheaper ones that you need to use for 90 minutes.
Anyway - in spirit of using the article above my goals for next week are
. Staying AF and smokefree
. Eat better - plan menus
. Stick to calorie limit
. Gym x2 - cycle to work x2
. Make up off and teeth clean
. 1 small cleaning task per day
