            hey IJM-could you hear my belly laugh all the way in GA?? Best birthday present yet! I guess the PT at Planet Fitness (hereto known as PF) isn't really PT. It's more the orientation with a very short consult. I will go through the orientation for the 30 min express workout they have and also the lower/body abs workout on Friday and then next Wed. I have the background to do it myself but might as well get my 10 bucks a month worth!! :H Seriously tho, I would LOVE to be able to afford a real PT just to see what it's like. I would hope they wouldn't be the monster you got tho!! I am very motivated to go 3x/week and I just found out my agility "twin" (I take classes and compete with her and we share the same birthday-she's 27years younger than me-wait I mean 2 years younger than me ) goes to the same PF on the same days I will be going so more motivation. I really feel comfortable there and the fact that I have the energy to go at 7pm is totally amazing!! I'll keep you all posted on my progress.
            Ditto the mushy stuff!! And big congrats on the 40 days. Please don't give in to the Crave Wave tonite!! you'll hate yourself in the morning. Your smoked turkey sounds yummy!! Oh and you can have our cold weather anytime you want!! It is bitter out there tonite with a nasty wind chill.

            Lovely day today. We got let go today at around 2:45. I was able to get my shopping done at lunch (which means I didn't do a lick of work the whole time I was there) which left me time tonite to make a TJ and Talbots run before my fitness appointment. I can't believe I remembered to get my SIL's present but not my own sister's!! Thank god for Talbot's gift cards!! After PF, I got Chinese which ended up not being all that good but that just solidfies my committment to good nutrition and fitness. If it had been amazing, it would be very hard not to treat myself every once in a while. I'm looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow, taking the pups for a walk, making the green bean casserole and then heading to Sis's for the main event. At TJ's I picked up some yummy looking sparkling cranberry juice and Pom/Blueberry Green Tea. I am going to make a very sincere effort to not gorge or deny myself tomorrow but to have a taste of whatever I want without feeling like I have to eat for every child in the third world. I'm also bringing my crocheting so that I keep my hands out of the onion dip ( I didn't mean that literally!)!!
            Have a great day tomorrow all my US friends and for the others-we'll try to post recaps so you can live vicariously through us on Friday!! Oh, one of my favorite traditions? My radio station plays Alice's Restaurant by Arlo Guthrie every Thanksgiving starting at 12noon. The full version. They stream on the Internet so if you want to catch it, go to www.wumb.org.
