    daily af Monday 6 December

greeneyes, GoAway was originally my screen name when I first signed on some 3 + years ago. When I went to get back on, I couldn't remember my password and had a new e-mail account. I changed screen names for a while, but can't for the life of me remember that second one. I remember you: I don't know if it was my first time around or second. But now I'm back and got to go back to using my original screen name

Jen, I don't think it's hypocritical. People who want to drink are going to....are you talking about as a gift for Christmas, or just serving it to them??

Hmmm I probably wouldn't give it as a gift personally, but I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Your husband still drinks, doesn't he? Say it was his idea.:H Do you already have the wine or could you opt to give something else?

                  Det is a lucky guy-
I'd starve to death waiting to be hand fed around here :H
My big dog would probably steal the food anyway!

The first 'flow snurries' of the season fell today. I hope they go away because I haven't talked to my neighbor with the plow yet

Got started on my diaper cake project today, not bad! I rolled 100 small size diapers then tied them together with pink ribbon into a 3 tier style 'cake' & topped it with a stuffed pink stork. I just have to find a few more things for decoration, cute!

Wishing everyone a good night, stay warm!

I have to laugh Lav; you wanted the big dog back because of break-ins--and he steals your food! We had a Rhodesian Ridgeback that was a compulsive poacher. No counter was high enough to thwart her. We got to kind of admire her skill, but stopped buying expensive cuts of meat.

Peace, hang in there. Put that avatar on any bottle in the vicinity--that would do it for me. : )

Chief, happy to see you on the tracker. Race you to New Year's Eve (you too, BB)?

I want to continue watching the Pats eviscerate the Jets, but I'm just not gonna make it. Goodnight, all,

Choochie, yes he still drinks, and no I don't aready have the wine. I'm trying to think of a New Years gift for couples as well as a christmas gift. Maybe I could just get them a $25 chili's gift card so they can go on a "date" for New Years. . .that would work for the aunts and uncles but my in laws and parents are a different story. . . hummmm gotta love Christmas!

Jen - guess if it were up to me I would buy people a nice food gift basket instead of wine - or like you say, a gift card.

I'd starve to death waiting to be hand fed around here :H

Lav, I wish you weren't having husband problems, but on a selfish note, it does provide us with lots of entertainment

To everyone else stopping by today..........have a wonderful gratitude-filled AF day!!

Jen - excellent - so glad I could help. I think food gift baskets are just the best gift - I know I love getting them - nice little muchies. Oh, and I love Central Market - we have one too. World Market is another good place. I used to buy the baskets and make my own there. They have all kinds of goodies specifically made to fit into baskets - you know, small bags, etc.

                            xx,
