Bummer Greenie. :l On the plus side, two interviews in two weeks means things are finally picking up on the hiring front. Plus, the hospice place has demonstrated they have crummy taste in employees, so who would want to work for them anyway?

Weight watchers tomorrow. Not sure what will happen. I went to PF twice this week and did very well with the points.... until tonite. Gave in and bought one of those giant whoopie pies my local supermarket gets in. I was so excited to see that it really was only 4 points!! Whoops-closer inspection revealed that those points belonged to 1/6 of the pie. Yeah right-like who's going to eat only 1/6 of that chocolatety creamy goodness??? Obviously not me!! Still I haven't used up all my weekly points yet and I still have 18 activity points left. So, maybe another pound? I wish I had worked out tonite but Christmas shopping called (not productive unfortunately) so I answered. On the positive side the gift for my brother arrived today and it's beautiful. It's a metal sculpture of a hawk for him to put on his fence/gate post. he mentioned this a couple of years ago and I've been looking off and on for inspiration. Finally thanksgiving weekend at the dog show I hooked up with a woman who was selling metal yard art. Boy is she good and reasonable too!! I can't wait to see his face when he opens it!! DD's Calm Collar arrived today too. Its a disc that attaches to his collar and has a resevoir where you can put a drop or two of calming oil essences on it. Gosh I hope it does something!! At least take him down a notch!

busy day tomorrow with WW, work and work on top of work. Hopefully PF in the evening. Knitting project isn't working out to good but I'm preservering.

Papmom, the Amish folks around here make these enormous whoopie pies. I haven't had one but my daughter & SIL tell me they are good but leave you feeling kind of sick (too much cream, sugar, etc).
They have a Bark Busters dog training business & deal with all sorts of hyper dogs. They recommend a liquid herbal prep (not sure what it's called) to calm these dogs. They gave me some to help quiet my son's dog Maggie - one of the Insanity Twin Goldens. I don't mind dog sitting but that hyper dog just makes you want to scream!!!!! I'll have to ask them the name of that stuff.

On a good note I heard that coastal storm is not happening afterall Sunday. It's heading out to sea instead. I'm happy about that!

I need to wind down - it's 11 pm & I'm not tired - unusual.

Oh Deter!! :H :H :H that's about the size of it too!! My mom made the best whoopie pies and this is store's is the closet I've come to finding ones almost exactly like hers. Yummo!!

Greenie-I'll let you know how this essential oil works on DD after we've used it a few times and then you can look for it for yourself!! It's very strong smelling, that's for sure!
