Up and at them this morning, just pulled on my running gear and having some water and a few sips of coffee (come on, it's only fair!)

I know how the jaw ache can be

I'm sure it'll all be OK - I don't know much about the US welfare system but I am amazed they can just take away child tax credits like that AND send you a bill

We English have a lot to answer for with the bloody tax system!

Sorry, it is under the Department of Work and Pensions in the UK, so I was saying Welfare trying to think of the US equivalent (as I don't recall)....anyway, do you think you can appeal or is it what it is?

Morning guys - BB - if you want to pm me, please do - as you know I suffer from depression and I might be able to help or at least give you an ear to listen to. It sucks having a low day.

My day today is pretty uneventful - some homework and working out on my wii fit and groceries. That about covers it for me today.

BB, sweetie, You can't fix everything. I am dealing with that right now, myself.

I can't fix what is unfixable.

Sometimes all we can do is put one foot forward and keep on traveling. Sometimes, we should just say to ourselves, this is not in my court. It is so hard to do that. I know. :l

BB if you throw it out here, someone may be able to give you a different perspective...

Zooming off to another appt. with my dad. He was SO angry at me yesterday morning. When I deflect his negativity he really gets furious and I just say I'll talk to you when you feel more positive, goodbye and hang up. Then when I saw him he was sweet as could be. I like being able to say "No thanks!" to drama. I spent way too much time being unnecessarily drawn in and retaining it. :new:

Hi uni - glad to see you feeling good these past few days! I hope they continue to build on each other.

Lav, the thing about the suzanne bovenzier site is that I like the content. I hope she will breathe some 2011 energy into it because things will be very different this year. Healers of all sorts are really cranking it up.
