They are bastards! Why don't they target the people who are scaming the government and the one's not reporting Income or faking shit. It's easier to screw over people like you and me. There's a special spot reserved in hell for people like that....Are you going to be able to get to your sisters? I don't see many seat sales on right now either. Another piss off.

          Hi Lily,

Excellent job to you too! Sorry to hear you're not feeling so great right now, but I know you are strong, and with a bit of patience and perserverence you'll be just fine.

          Take care,

          Bzz.

Bzz..great job on the 5 days! I do remember when I hit my 5 days and I felt really great about myself, and you should too. You'll feel better and better everyday your body isn't plagued full of AL.

Chartreuse..and you have another day as well. One less day of feeling all the horrible ways you did when drinking, excellent. With regards to your weight have you looked at a better approach to your diet? I found it always best with incorporating all the food groups into a daily diet combined with exercise. Limit the refined sugars, enriched flours, pop and some juices, nothing prepackaged or processed...that helps me keep within my goal weight and I still get to enjoy all the flavours of all the delicious food out there.

Thanks Gia. Indeed, today is the first day I've felt more relaxed and positive in general, despite a lingering feeling of something "missing", but that feeling is already less intense than yesterday. The fact that I'm busy at work is also helping me keep my mind of alcohol.

              Bzz.

The only thing really missing is the alcohol, and that won't make you feel whole..but you know that already. Keep busy, anything to distract yourself.. it gets easier everyday you are away from the drink, the better you feel the more you will believe in the fact that you really don't need it and you don't really want it. I always find if I'm having a craving..it's mostly because I'm hungry or thirsty. Strange I know, but that's normally what it is for me.

Yes! Don't forget that!! You're doing fine - just keep putting one foot in front of the other!
