weekends are tough-
Phil...good luck with the budgie...have you named him/her?
I've seen 28 days about 3 times. Always makes me feel good at the end.
Never been to rehab....probably less singing in the real rehab..guessing

I'm always the last one to post since I'm clear out here in the middle of the pacific ocean. But....I made it through 2 whole weeks of ABs and feel great!
Have any of you heard about "Body for Life"? Check it out! If you want to lose some weight, this might be for you. It takes work and dedication, but if you can quit drinking, smoking, etc.....this is one more thing to add to your resume of life.

Body For Life totally rocks!! And it's so easy! Are you working out on your own or do you have the luxury of a trainer? I went from 34% body fat to 17% and I'm a 46 y/o female. After you've done BFL for awhile try looking into Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.....really, really good information with lots of easy to read explainations of WHY and how to tweak things if you need to.
Well, obviously, you've mentioned something that is near and dear to me......but I guess I'm off topic!
:good: on the two week abs!! Really good! :wd:Tomorrow I get to wake up and not feel guilty. :yay:

ltlM ....WOW That is amazing. I'm 43 and just started working out with a trainer. I'm coming up to one month of training and hope that my 33.8% body fat has gone down some. 17 is incredible. Thanks so much for posting this. Now I'm really inspired to keep working out. Can I as you how long it took you to get to 17?
I'm going to check out the book too...thanks fot that suggestion Mauigirl....
