Becca - How great that you have made this decision! Congratulations! I am not an "abber" but am feeling the need coming closer every day. I am beginning to feel that mods is harder for me than abs would be, even with topa. Too much of a tease. Was AF for 5 years, from 1988-1993. It was grand to feel good, so I know I can do it. Kate, the phrase "chosing not to drink" gives us the control, so true. And Gina, your description, "bankrupt" is perfect for the way I feel the next day, even after only a few. I feel so disappointed in myself because I know how worried my husband is for my long term health - truely because he cares. Reflecting on what you all are saying. Lots to think about.
