Well here I am day 8 and would you believe I couldn't get out of bed my back has seised up on me so after slowly tring to loosen it up I was able to get moving and the more I walked it got free-er now I have to wait o get hubby to take me to the chiro and straighten me up I have to admit he's being very good about it as he hates chiro's
otherwise I' feeling good and sober now 8 days
thou I am taking just as many panadols as before I guess it's my body cleaning it self out
but I could do without the bad back

merry, I'm sorry to hear about your back!!!! I too have a bad back - I am a back surgery survivor. I'm sure my drinking contributed to my back problems. Toxic crap flowing through my veins all the time caused problems - some I could see and some I could not!!
Anyway...it's all much easier to deal with sober. Congratulations on 8 days AF!!! :goodjob:

Congrats merry on your 8 AF days!
sorry about the back problem ~ life throws all sorts of painful stuff our way. Hope the painclears up soon for you

Congrats on the 9 days!I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.
Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.
Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
