We won on Saturday and it was a really great day - out from midday to midnight. Yesterday I went to the gym,and went to watch skate practice and then out for dinner with friends. I have booked myself a gym induction to get a routine on the go. I need focus at the gym to progress.I may end the day with a swim/steam sauna.
I am still feeling a bit jittery and I realise that I haven't been writing as many thoughts down as I should have ready for tomorrow's CBT session.Trying to focus on today and not stress about what day to day housework may not be getting done/job future.
I am meeting a friend for coffee and a cheap healthy lunch today and doing some window shopping and need to buy some more fruit/veg. Maybe will buy a pair of wedge heels to reward myself for sticking to my goals
I am also behind on planning healthy dinners to eat - I need to get on that. Listen to me nagging myself!I need to do these things but they don't all need to be sorted at this moment today do they?
