Just got done from working........yes its HOT!!!!! Sipping seltzer water out of my beer bottle......I know I know, weird, but its working.........LOL

boy am I beat! that was a MUCH more physically demanding training class than I'd bargained for. bloody hands and some blisters but a big sober smile on my face

great to see everyone, sorry don't have time to greet one and all as I'm starvin marvin and got a special treat of organic grass-fed beef waiting for me.

Mom3, incidentally there are indeed brain scans showing the activity of sex addicts and people prone to violence as well. also difference in brain scans in folks that have suffered from heat exhaustion. no kidding! the most striking brain scan comparisons I saw were comparing the brain of a child interacting socially, then the same brain while the child was playing a violent video game. FREEKY. it didn't even look like the same brain. I had a chance to pick up a lot of related info from a friend and internationally renown speaker on violence/behaviour and brain imagery by the name of Lt Colonel Dave Grossman. he published 'stop teaching our kids to kill' as well as many other fascinating and frightening works.
