Well - I'm on my 2nd AF day but I have gone 3-4 days before and then I give in just as I am feeling better and sleeping better. Hope some day it will be 15 and 50 AF days and like some of the others in this community and that I have the courage to stay AF when with other people but for now - just want to get through today and hope I can stick AF out this time. Thanks for all the responses and encouragement - it helps not to be doing this alone!:thanks:
