Afternoon Jaunters
Lav - The photo of the dogs is a classic! Wet dogs are not one of my fav things Im lucky as Elle hates to get wet and as she is quite little a quick rub with a towel and she's dry.
Papmom - Im anxious to hear your news and hoping its positive.
LBH - Your post was lovely to read as always, I like the thought of us taking care of each other in our minds. 6 days on a boat with someone difficult sounds like pure purgatory! My max is 2 days of being pleasant to people I dont like then I cant seem to hide the truth from my face any longer.
SD - nearly 6 ft, wow! You can be the threads supermodel.
Dewdrop - I love to wake at 6am and have time to ease into the day, I need to get back to my meditation too. Im much better at it in the morning than at night. When my mind is tired I find it much harder to control my thoughts.
Star - enjoy that tranqillity and top up on your "me" time. Something I seem to have left behind in Portugal.... Not that im complaining but talk about going from one extreme to another.
Rustop - Your early morning at the beach sounds great, I used to love my dawn walks by the sea in Portugal.
Tues and thurs are my long days and I wont get home till late so Im checking in now while having my lunch. I was suposed to be cleaning my apartment over lunchtime but I have come to catch up with you guys instead!
Im still having to pinch myself to see if I will wake up from this new development in my personal life, it just seems to good to be true. If you had told me a year ago how my life would be now I would have said impossible, so whatever is going on in your lives never doubt how much it can change. It was on August 2nd last year that my ex called me up to confess to our financial crisis. I remember thinking my life was over. Like the name of this wonderful site, there is always a "way out" of everything, right up until we take our final breath. Never stop believing......
