afm: I love the ODAT. Yes, it can be used for everything we have to get through. I'm sure you're anticipating the chemo w/some trepidation. My daughter had a breast cancer survivor friend who went through chemo & worked the whole time. She worked an abbreviated work-week. So, it doesn't have to disrupt your whole life. Good luck. Mary

          AFM,

Just thinking about you and wanted you to know it. How are you doing? I think you should get one of those hats or t shirts that says FUCk CANCER. Send me your address in a PM and I will send one to you. I just might get one too just for the hell of it.

                  AFM,

The Susan Coleman Foundation for breast cancer research is now prominent in restaurants here, and probably where you are also. So, when given the card last night allowing a contribution I made one for AFM from lucky. I drew a heart and a smiley face on it around your name. Just wanted to let you know I think of you often and hope you are doing well.

                      Awe! thanks you guys!!

I checked in on the ABS thread a couple of days ago....

I am going to be moving soon - less than two weeks. Talk about my adding more stress to my life, but financially it will be a lot better for me and Little AFM.

Been battling a nasty bug this weekend, and still feel like shit today, but popping the Vitamins, and need to get a lot of stuff done!! If it isn't one thing, it's another. These germ-infested 'mini-me's' that come home from school with their bugs. UGH. Anyway, enough of my whining!!!

Lucky that is so sweet of you!

I will check in again, soon. I promise!! You guys are always close to my heart even when I am not online. xoxo

                        AFM,

Sorry you are feeling less than great
I do know how kids bring germs home from school. You need to be extra careful in trying to avoid catching stuff while undergoing chemo. :l I would seriously think about picking up a box of disposable masks (hospital type) just to be safe

                        Feel better soon
                        AF since 03/26/09

Success comes one day at a time

Lav, you are so right suggesting the medical masks! I was thinking along the same lines! I am going to purchase a box from Pharmasave today when I head into town.... Although I think I will have a nap first.

I just looooove you, Lucky! Thanks for being such a wonderful 'cyber' friend. I will post a pic of my bald head wearing that t-shirt in November. My hair should be gone by the first week!

Lots of love to you all. I am still in high spirits even with a move coming up on Saturday. You all give me added strength. Thank you!!
