    :goodjob: I think it is great that you have identified your triggers. I was watching Friends the other night on my second AF day and saw Monica pickup a martini in a bar and was completely overwhelmed by a sensatio to pour me a gin and tonic. I had none available but was clueless that the image of someone holding a cocktail would be a trigger-or that I even had triggers other then stress that would bring on an urge to drink. I tried fitting it into my hypno but am very gree at that as well.

      WW, Wine and Wellness

      Hi Maggie:

      Today is my day one of My Way Out. I've been w/ WW for years and usually post on the "Winos R Us" board or the "AIM" board. I, too, want to be AF for one week. Ultimately, I'd love to do it a month at a time like Pansy.
      I also need to loose 30 pounds. I'm 5'7 and weigh 182. The alcohol not only packs it on but I loose my will power to eat responsibly.
