          Hey Cyn-way to go neighbor!! You done good with all you've been through this year. You've built a great foundation that you can build confidently on day after day, month after month and year after year.

                      THANK YOU, EVERYONE! My goodness, what an exultation of well wishers - you are all so kind. Everyone here is so brave and generous, and it truly has been an honor to share this journey with you. We all put our hearts and minds on 'the line' every single day, with the hope that our efforts DO matter, the days DO add up, and habits DO change. There were so many months (years really) when I thought there would be no way in my lifetime that I could say that I had been sober for a year, but here somewhat magically it has happened. And it wouldn't have happened without all of the support and inspiration from each of you. Many many thanks, best holiday wishes to everyone, and...let's go onward...to the light!
