Well I've done two months abs, which I've done many times before, this time however I've gone for drastic measures and my GP has prescibed me antabuse, this nightmare will cease.

I've never used the antebuse but i've heard others say great things about it...You sound really determined....Best of luck with that..

Thanks for your positive comments, my GP said I may feel slightly off colour today, but I feel just fine. The biggest problem has been checking deodorant, mouthwash and aftershaves for alcohol. Also heard that the smell of alcohol can sometimes have an effect, which is rather worrying as we love to eat out. We shall see, I'll test the latter point tonight.
