Hi again

I just went to the shop for some coffee. I was standing at the till waiting to get served and I caught sight of my favourite tipple.
I really wanted to buy one. My mind suddenly decided that it would be OK, just for tonight, to get plastered. I nearly fell for it. I had to drag myself out and get home and sit and think. I'm OK now. I think it's passed, but it was bloody scary.

Hi everyone,

Macks, Sorry to hear about your grandma. She sounds like a wonderful lady. It sounds like you are still fighting the fight today as is everyone else. Paul, I had the same weird feeling earlier today that I might just go away for the weekend on AF day 18 and just get hammered. I haven't been particuarly tempted the last couple of days and am not really worked up about anything. It was just like my mind was playing a new trick on me. A very subtle little, "Hey, it looks like you have this thing whipped now. Why not go ahead and pick up some gin and celebrate?" And the really wierd thing is that for a moment it actually made sense. Not today.

Well, that was interesting.......
I'm nowhere near out of the woods yet. I will have to keep my guard up.
Still, it's another '0' getting posted shortly, and then it's off to bed.

Hey everyone..hugs to those who need them, and a big high five for those who want them...I just posted this on mods..so I'll repeat myself...Hi everyone..just a fly by to stay 'connected'...sorta of trying to detach from the computer a bit, I sit at is AAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL DAAAAAAYYYYYYYY, and lately there has been nothing much to do but I'm still finding myself glued to the computer, so I need to snap out of it and turn on some music, look at a book or something...anywho! I'm doing good and ..what did someone say? "you are all in my heart"...I like that, and it's true!!
