Thanks for all the support and empathy here.

Changeling that is brilliant you should be very very proud of yourself.I cant imagine how good 24 days AF must feel.
Like the quote from Mr Carr - I've flicked through this in a book shop before now but at the time wasn't ready to go AF.
May try it again - anyway think you should treat yourself.

Changeling, what an achievement, FOUR WEEKS AF....... fantastic....

Yes, I agree on those four things, yet while you are drinking all four are out of reach....But once you stop.....You have both time and energy to see plans through, to follow dreams and make them reality, you also have more money to finance those dreams, and at long last you start to love yourself and respect yourself as you feel yourself getting stronger by the day....Its a wonderful feeling...

Bear, sorry to hear you are feeling ill with this bug going round, hope you feel better soon....
