Heya Shuesy!!!! You are getting mighty buff AF muscles. Bravo! You are doing great at defusing this trigger! Let's hope when you get home we can get back in chat,K?

And speaking of pix....Kas...your "office" photo was fantastico. When's the next one coming? I second Dizzy's idea of the Kas Canuck Coffee Table Buck (see, I am trying to sound Canadian. Oot with Kas in the Koot! LOL)

And DET! Your bear photo was just amazing!!!! I will begrudgingly give SIRI a little compliment here, too. Sorta. Okay. I changed my mind. I think your picture turned out great ONLY because of the talented photog. Take that, SIRI!

      That brings up the question....

Why did the black bear really cross the road?
      Sober for the Revolution!

Shue it's great that you got to spend some one-on-one time with your son. How interesting that drinking is frowned upon in Bucharest! I'm always looking around when we eat out to see if I'm the only one not drinking and I usually am.

TDN I hope you get to enjoy your day off. What are you going to paint? I've made those cheesecake strawberries before. It was a Paula Deen recipe. Really pretty easy and a huge hit.

Almost I had to laugh at you typing "basTURD!" I always text my sister things like that. WTH is up with a 20 page report? Is this all things wrong with the house or is this a home inspector trying to justify charging you a bundle of money?

Sausage your daughter sounds like a very bright girl. It's hard for me to imagine being that aware when I was her age. It does kind of give you more strength in your resolve I'd imagine.

Sugar it's amazing how much we can change in just a couple years. I know I've changed a lot from a spiritual standpoint, not that I'm religious at all. Just more aware of the oneness of the universe and how we are all one. And it makes me feel like I've changed into almost a whole new person. I can see how a program like that could seem totally different in a couple years.

Lav I heard of someone making those stuffed strawberries before with tofu instead of dairy. I don't eat tofu (avoid soy) but it certainly sounds possible.

Kas I think you're right about adults turning a blind eye or not wanting to know. I always wondered when my husband would say something to me about my drinking, but he never did. He'd bring bottles home to me when I didn't even ask him to.

LVT I'm glad to hear that all of your hard work is paying off. It doesn't sound like you have time to drink! I do love baby chickies and can't wait to see your pictures. I grew up on a farm and we'd get them every year.

Sunni I guess I forgot to tell my kids that too. I'm a granny and not yet 50. But my grandson is the best thing that could have happened to my stepdaughter. He really made her grow up fast and she's a wonderful person now. :h

Deter it seems odd to see you here so early in the day! I forgot to tell you how much I liked your bear photo. She/he must have had to climb over the big median. Cool photo!

Turn it's interesting what you said about frontal lobe development. I hadn't heard that before but can't say I'm surprised. I told my step kids about 100 times that they absolutely shouldn't get married before the age of 25 because they'd still be changing until then and would feel completely different about things at 25 than they did at 18. Holy crap, did you say $10 for a pack of smokes??? I remember buying a carton for $14 back when I smoked. Yeah, yeah a long time ago! :H And it really does look like those horses are making crop circles!

the bear caught a whiff of garlic waffles.

Fly, i should have said that you absolutely cannot drink ANY AL here and drive. Hence, people going out are mostly staying dry ... Very very strange for a nation that loves a good tipple. It was not like thins when I used to live here.
