    60 Days AF Party Here Tonight...Bring A Bottle!

    Thought I'd let everyone know that today I am 60 days AF!! Took me a while to come back to MWO & back on the AF path but sooo very glad I did!

    Two things made the difference this time..the Rain in my Heart Documentaries on Gen Discussion and, I know I keep praising this guy...but Jason Vale's book flicked a switch..... this time I dont feel as if I'm missing out, I don't feel deprived & I dont feel I'm living one day at a time - I feel great, "free" & so grateful for this new life I have now.

    So, going to celebrate & crack open the sparking water tonight. Anyone want to join me???

                          I remember reading some of your earlier posts when you are struggling so I am SO HAPPY to hear you are at 60 days and, just as importantly, that your attitude to being AF has shifted. Long may it last!

                          Thanks for letting us know. It also gives hope to those, like me, who've been here on and off for some time too struggling to get as far as you are.

                          WELL DONE! And keep posting of your successes and new life AF.
