    good evening

    Hi everyone!! Thanks for all the warm welcomes:thanks: , and Lisa, yes, I have Rosecea also. I go to a dermatologist and use Metrogel at night.......and a special soap called "redness relief" by Neutrogena. It seems to help alot. Dermablend is awesome also, right! It will cover just about anything, and for the entire day.

    Anyway, off to a meeting, then probably back here for bed, I should be very tired as it has been a busy day(AF!!! )

    Good night to all, I will check in tomorrow PM, as I have jury duty tomorrow and won't have access to a computer all day.............

      Glad to know I'm not the only one with the rosacea problem.
      Lori...I'm going to give that dermablend a try. Wonder if I can find that online? I finally did go to a dermatologist and I have been using metrogel for about 2 months now. I think it is helping. I still tend to get flushed when I'm tired though. Oh, and working out at the gym - red, red, red!

        I identify with the deabt about moderation after a period of time abs.
        for me I was really nervous about drinking again.I did ok first time, 5 drinks (2 more than planned but ntot dreadful) and I also smoked.Smoking was one of the reasons i worked out my drinking was out of control.
        i would only smoke when drinking at weekedns odd day in week, then i tried not to get so pissed so i wouldn't smoke.I then found that was really REALLY difficult and i felt really trapped by it. That's why I'm here.
        Anyway 5 drinks not too bad. Then Tuesday week after went to see a film, I always planned not to drink in the week.anyway after in the bar(only there for just over an hour) I drank 2 large glasses of wine.
        Felt very drunk but not in a nice way

        Then the next day went to the pub and had 4 glasses of wine and a pint (another non drinking week night)
        felt awful the next day.no drink that night. Day after at boyfriend's birthday drank I don't know how much maybe a bottle and a half of wine and maybe 6 vodkas. Too too much and felt bloody awful and ate junk all next day and didn't even get dressed and again put on weight.
        for me i had done 28 days af, I can't say i will never try to moderate but i am much much more cautious about it now.
        for my birthday in April I will have done neary 60 days af.i quite fancy a meal sharing a bottle of wine with fella - and then that's it no more booze.but we'll see i may not even drink then.
        anyway that's my twopeneth - I found it hard, harder than i imagined.worse though was the anxiety that i was slipping down a slope that i had just climbed up and I may not be able to get back up.
        it's different for everyone - soem can successfully moderate i may or may not be one of them in time but for now i am really happy af.
