Before I came here 2 yrs ago, I read a lot of self-help books and really tried to change my life. I found that in order to be happy, it must come from within. No others actions can affect you unless you let them. It is a learning process and I found I have been letting it slip and negative thinking was coming in again - a lot.
So yesterday I had a lazy day but read all day, anything inspirational, got my Secret book out again and have started reading daily affirmations. In only one day - what a difference!
