    July's Jolly Journey ~ Week 4

A brief goodnight from here. I think that getting into an environment where you only had food that was good for you was a tipping point, Star, sort of like being AF changes things, it gets to be a habit not to be messed with. I never did actually get sick, by the way, just flirted with some virus that was strong enough to get through to where I could feel it a bit. I think my immune system is getting stronger and flexible, probably a combination of being AF, eating well, and immersing myself while breathing really hard in the giant Petri dish of an inner city YMCA four or five times a week, support and education for the immune troops. The hordes of little kids in the summer programs could definitely be researched as a collective germ warfare weapon of mass destruction. So off to rest a bit now and build strength. Hold the phone, Rusty, our absent minded gem:l. Goodnight Lav, Dill, Chill, Cyn, Jolie, Rustop et. al. Love, Ladybird.
    may we be well

        July's Jolly Journey ~ Week 4

Hi Lav, it looks like it just you and me kid right now. I am glad your doc mentioned the new svelte you, so much healthier. Our physical selves respond so readily to care and attention, particularly if we have lived with chronic work stress and have been fueled by alcohol. I actually like starting my hardest gardening at five for five thirty, formal exercise at eight-thirty, and then doing my other busy tasks and errands until a late lunch. It?s peaceful just moving along by myself when I feel I have the whole day ahead. Enjoy your day with your family. Hello everybody. Love, Ladybird.

Looks like the month is ending quietly here. Never did find ?jolly? but I clearly made it to amused and cheerful more than once. Nighty-night, sleep or rest well. Love and peace, Ladybird.
