Det - you're sounding sooooooo much better. It's just great to see you back in the real world. I'm happy and relieved for you!

Kuya - way to rock that first week. It's long and tough...but oh so worth it. What did Dr. Seuss say? Oh...the places you will go!

Shue - that red shoe is like a piece of naughty candy. Us web-footed people admire from afar the dainty little numbers we couldn't begin to squeeze into!

Turnski, I'd love to meet up in the pony, (sonly 1800 kms away from where I am going in the subarctic) but I gotta get back right away. We can do it though. Some time soon.

YAY KY ON WEEK ONE!!! :goodjob:

Week one is a really big deal! It is the hardest part in terms of immediate withdrawl and the shitty after-effects subsiding and it does just keeping easier. I found I'd get a real lift between 10 days to 2 weeks. Remind me - I'm sorry I forget - if you've quit for any length of time before?

Psychologically I also think it gets easier after a week as you start to feel like you're really racking up those days and you've got through a whole weekend, work week etc.

            WELL DONE!

Too busy to write more but HELLO ALL!

Except that, I realised I'll be 10 WEEKS AF or 70 Days this Sunday. That seems totally amazing to me!

Kuya, disregard that question because as it happens I just read your brilliant post in G's thread which answers that a bit. So thought provoking! Wish I had time to properly reply to that one but excellent thoughts. I like it! Glad you're here.

Oooohhh FreeFly, so, so, so relate to a bunch of stuff you said in reply to Kuya on that thread too. Damn you both for being so interesting I had to keep reading. I will totally have to come back to that thread later when I have more time.
