Was sitting talking to someone yesterday..and they were smoking..suddenly thought mm could do with a cig!! where did that come from? its about 10 years since I smoked at least.. just shows you.. the craving doesnt go away ..how you deal with it improves..think my answer went in the vein"go away in short sharp jerky movements!"
