    Monday morning in NZ. I have a heavy work day dealing with tricky human beings. I know I will get tense, frustrated and anxious in these meetings. Am now in my second month of abstinence - so have lined up some wee treats for this evening to help me relax and zone out - that do not involve booze of course!

            Hi, quick fly by on Sunday evening.

            Mick, I love the new avatar. Makes me smile like Patrick's does.

            Det, we need to share recipes. I'm making pulled chicken with corn & green chile muffins.

            Divorce is awful; my settlement not done yet either.

            Have a crappy cold/flu coming on, so will be laying low. Sorry to be less chatty tonight.

              I also have the sugar free sweets and chocolate and drinks - but but don't like too much of them. My treats include novels and DVDs - sometimes so on-line shopping/browsing. But now when I purchase something I can't blame it the on the booze!
              Lots of cuddles are good too - if they are possible!
