I have posted about one of the meds i'm taking on the medication site if anyone's interested - it stabilises my mood but seems to beat campral hands down - wonder drug

touch wood again!

I have been on it before - it helps the involuntary spasms in my throat also - and so few side effects it's a joke.

Morning Cashy!

Rainy Thurs. but doesn't matter to me. Went outside yesterday (it was feeling spring like) and saw my crocus' and daffs poking their heads out! So a little rain will help them bloom. Sick of winter & need some spring color.

Why Hellllllooooooooo Abbers..wot a lovely positive, and, to quote the spinach muncher, perky thread...glad that everyone is so sprightly this morning.
The melon is especially skippy as it is F F F Friday in sheepsville...and she has a lovely little weekend lined up, nothing trumpet blowing, just a nice day of shopping in thrift shops tomorrow with a dear chum, and then a jaunt with the offspring on Sunday which is always deliciousness itself.....
I'm looking for some winter woollies without sweat stains hopefully.......and a couple of pairs of pants, minus the previous occupants front bottom broccoli....oh joy!!!!!!

I just thought I'd pass on a little message too from my dear Mutti in Blighty. I got an email from her on Tuesday, as it was my birthday on Monday (she is still in UK so Mr Time Difference causes havoc with the celebrations)....she is a Jehovahs Witness and so doesn't celebrate, but always writes to me or phones to tell me something about when I was born that she remembers....
This year, her message was not about the Mini melon, but rather her absolute joy at my sobriety. I have told her a lot about this site, and have mailed her some of the posts that have particularly inspired me....She is soooooo glad I have found this, and I know would send you all the biggest of hugs for helping her daughter start, and stick with, this life changing deal...

Thanks from me and my mummy melon....it's day 100 for me on Sunday, and it's only been done with the support from this site.....We both love you xxx

Very Happy Birthday weemelon.!!!! Happy 100 - and what a nice thing to hear from your mom.

Hope all is well here. I have been out for awhile. Took my mom and stepdad to Biloxi to see Wayne Newton this past weekend! That was some trip too. Fun but stressful. Those free drinks in the casino were tempting - but nope- none for me.
