    af day Tue 7 Jan

    Hello, Abbers!

Great to see everybody here! Mick, I am so sorry about your fall! OUCH! I hope you heal fast.
Yes, OnceAgain, it was cohere this a.m., but about 40 degrees this afternoon, and basically in the forties all week A virtual heat wave:H Glad you are hanging in!

Yah, Yah, nice to see you and :goodjobn your five months!!!! That's wonderful. And you've gone NF, too! You should be so proud of yourself. I think you'll like the Zumba DVDs. I used to do Zumba and loved it! Haven't done it in so long, but am hoping to get back to it soon--maybe even next week.

        Sorry-hit send by mistake!

TT. three months is huge! Good for you Glad things are better with G (hope that is your partner's name.)

Ky, your post on the other thread was incredible! Glad you are back posting.

I am cleared by the court here to go to the DMV and get my license back. Now need to call and make sure that I have been cleared by the other state--the corrupt one that just wants more and more money:upset: Then have to arrange for the Interlock device, but I am not going to think about that. I am almost afraid that yet something else will go wrong. But I could be driving again in a week or so. I'm excited, but also a litle scared, I guess.

PPQ, CatBuddy, CanToo, Lav, and everyone else I've left out--hope you have a great AF evening!

          Good evening folks,

I think my fear of AL gradually turned into more of an enlightened respect over time. I am now smart enough to know that I just can't drink AL & quite frankly have lost the desire to do so. It's takes time to get to that point but I believe you can get there if you remain AF.

Blondie, my dog Maxie turned 10 years old last month. She's a senior in her breed & has been a very nice dog & very loving with the grandkids.

Speaking of grandkids the 4 yr old is staying overnight, oh boy
          AF since 03/26/09

Just realised that I forgot to compliment Mick on his downhill slalom :H:H
Sorry mate, the image is too funny!
So it was you in the helicopter over my pool!.....I want the pictures back to submit to National Geographic ..... 'Human Manatee found in antipodes !'

Yah.... Congrats on the NF, still waiting for the wave , soon tho' very soon.

TDN ... Glad you enjoyed the thread. It never occurred to me how prevalent this issue is for many people.

Very quick fly by, as it's past my bedtime.

TT, CONGRATS on 90 days! That is fantastic. It's a new phase for us. I'm with you - counting days seems the wrong fit right now, maybe thinking about phases makes sense.

Blondie, I also suffer from enduring exhaustion which is very deep. During my holiday break, I slept 10-12 hours every night. Now that I'm back at work, I can't do that, and I'm tired all day. I'm seeking a new GP (still; it's very complicated here) to help me. I'll let you know if I learn anything helpful.

                Love to all......

                  Hello all!

It has been so long and I am so happy to hear everyone sounding so well and happy and successful. I will have to try and catch up properly on everyone's news but at a quick scroll through there seems to be lots to celebrate about.

(Although I was sorry to read about PPQs ex troubles, silly men, and what's this with Mick leaving? Clearly he is back so I hope all is/has been well?)

As Mick and KY know, thanks to their kind PMs checking in on me - which I took forever to answer as haven't logged in for an age - I did drink over the hols and I won't bore you with the negatives but I haven't had a drink all year (sounds better than 9 days doesn't it?) so hoping to, as Kuya nicely put it, catch that wave again.

Work is insane at the moment so I might be sporadically here but I hope to get back on board in earnest at some stage. Have missed all you lovely people.

I must PM Lifechange too as she seems to have also gone AWOL, anyone have any idea how she's doing? Girl if you are reading here PM me!

Lots of love to you all,

                  Lilly x
