Hey BB, you are so very welcome!!!!

I'm 35 days AF and feeling groovy.

Got thru the weekend champers occasion, and really did not crave a drink, more like a craving to hit someone, and therefore wanted a drink instead!! Ahh the reasons we drink (drank I should say - touch wood!).

But did not have one, back at work today and feeling great.

Love to all and sundry!!!!

Hah! Back to the future communication! We could make a fortune!

Thanks for the welcome Determinator. I decided to start abs today rather than wait till tomorrow (when I have my docs appointment and blood test result to ascertain whether I can be given the meds she has planned). It will be a tough evening without wine but you can't start anything on a Tuesday. It's GOT to a be a Monday.

It will be great having a place to come to daily to report in with you all.

You will both be brilliant - and BB it's only one night...you'll do great

We are all here with you. And if I can do it, anyone can. It's really worth it guys - life changes so much for the better it's hard to describe. I know if I falter again I now have the ability to look at these great times (and it's not like anything bad's not happening - it's just easier to cope) and know I want to be like this, and not like I used to be.

Onwards and upwards.....
