I feel so helpless as you know just about everything about recovery! What to eat, not to eat, etc. I can just offer my love and support.

So, by the time you wake up, you have the opportunity to grab your Day 1 by whatever you want to grab it!!!

goodness, in tears here. but AF and keeping it that way.
after chats with 2 docs I've decided to go back to my original 20mg citalopram and pull out the 'big guns' (antabuse) it really worked like a champ for me in 2008 and it's time to use it again. first dose tomorrow morning.

you know the strangest thing that's been setting me off lately is the 'tap room' they recently installed at Whole Foods Market. those buttheads. it's supposed to be this great healthy place and now I just can't go there anymore.
