It was Antabuse that got me a decent stretch of AF time last year. It took a lot of excuses out of my head and gave me some ammo to throw back at the beast! Good on you.

Det...you cracked me up about Whole Foods. Everything in the store is healthy.....and they have a poison section. For a minute...I thought there was 'healthy beer".

Honestly it shows how powerful this drug is.

        Hugs to you!

Det, I hear you about the "tap room". We don't have a Whole Foods here but when I visit my daughter in New Orleans I like to go there. It's a shame for you that there has been a "trigger room" planted there. But I know you will eventually be able to go to Whole Foods again when you are feeling stronger and can put that in it's proper place. I had the same problem overcoming the wine section in Kroger.

Isn't it funny the word "trigger" is used as it is? The trigger on the gun can be a deadly mechanism, as can be the trigger in the brain to drink. Both triggers must be treated mindfully.

Dont forget, you can: start late, start over, be unsure, try and fail AND STILL SUCCEED!

If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

I'm so happy that you have found some help! Should make a big difference for you.

I haven't been in a Whole Foods for a long time, and didn't know they had a tap room.

                :lto you.

Well done Det, making a plan is a great move.
So sorry about Whole Foods - I have always lamented that we don't have one here - mind you every single store here sells AL, or serves it - even my hairdresser offers it now!
